We got the Costco AMX card last month (previously we just paid with debit card), and our first CC statement was $600... in one month!! I was shocked! Clearly we don't track our budget... but man, we're going to try and cut down our Costco trips to once every other week, instead of every week. My mom never breaks hers though :/ We were just talking about this and realized the one that always breaks is the right foot...I have a plate and screws in there and basically no structure to that foot so now I'm wondering if they break because of this?! We also realized I never broke them before I had my surgery. Weird. I will have to check out Costco though! And it's even less than the listed price if you have a Costco card but no ins coverage for the med! BFF was on zofran before there was a generic &amp; her ins would only cover it if she was admitted, so basically instead of paying for just the zofran so she could function at home (she had hyperemesis and vomited continuously for her entire pregnancy without the zofran) they paid to keep her hospitalized AND paid for the zofran.
