He has no vacation time!!</p> <p>@Raindrop: Yes, 4 kids alone! 11, 8, 5, and 22 months. </p> <p>@edelweiss: Thank you, I've been trying to convey to him just how unthoughtful he is when he springs things like this on me. When I'm not 9 months pregnant in the summer heat and going in and out of hours of contractions I'm fine with 4 kids. </p> <p>I really just needed to vent and get that off my chest. I sure hope he comes around and sees it from my point. I'm still contracting regularly. We have two kids at home 11, and 22 months, I work full time. I run my @ss off every morning to get the oldest to my Mom's and the youngest to the baby-sitters, it's a struggle with just 2 kids. I'm late almost every morning. </p> <p>My husband works for the railroad and is on call 24 hours a day, when he goes to work he's gone for 2.5 days. He comes home and catches up on sleep for a few hours.</p> <p>He just text me (he's working) and said he's picking his daughters on his way home, they have a dentist appointment tomorrow afternoon, and we're keeping them all weekend and all week. Um, thanks for asking. Oh and he's going to be called to work before their appointment so that's in my lap, but I've already taken 2 half days this week for my own appointments, I have to work tomorrow. Then there's all of next week. He's going to be gone, they don't like staying with me, they want to see Daddy, not me.<br /> I'm so worn out by the end of the day it's all I can do to get dinner on the table, not to mention we have no food!! </p> <p>I think I'm going to go ballistic on him. I ask him to line up help (IE: his Mother, Step-Mom, and Dad), no he asks the baby-sitter. Seriously? No. I'm not paying for 2 extra kids to go to the baby-sitter, it isn't cost effective. </p> <p>When I try to explain it to him he gets really defensive and just says fine you don't want my kids around so I won't pick them up. He doesn't ever look at the whole picture.</p> <p>I'll end my pregnant lady rant now! </p>
