He will be starting next september so I can't say anything about it yet, but I am hoping he loves it there! It seemed like a great place, good food, and the most ideal location for us. We have a beautiful, brand new Y about 10 minutes from our house. We pay a super reasonable monthly fee for all three of us to be members. Childcare and swimming lessons are free with our membership and the facility is GORGEOUS! They even have a public library branch on the premises. It's way more affordable than I remember and ours is running a promotion where you pay maybe $50 to sign up and then they give you a month free! If you have a membership, two hours a day is max for childcare but it's free with membership. I wish they had an area for reading/computer/etc. I used to take advantage to work out and also shower which took pretty much the whole two hours. I can drop her off for 2 hours (but stay on the premises!) for $3.50! This morning I'm taking advantage by having 30 minutes by myself to drink my coffee and read HB without feeling guilty that R might be bored!</p> <p>Anyone else have an awesome YMCA or something similar that they utilize? (As an aside, we learned our Y is the 2nd largest in the country!) </p>
