I have been spending too much time thinking about what I want to do for her monthly photos and her newborn photos (I'm doing them), so that I can go ahead and get the props. On a whim I decided to make my own fabric! I will use the fabric for both a couple of her newborn shots and as a background for her monthly photos. </p> <p>I created the pattern in Photoshop, and printed using spoonflower.com. It was super easy &amp; fun. :) A yard ended up at $18 with shipping, which is more than I would normally spend on fabric, but I figure it will get lots of use - newborn photos, monthly photos, first birthday party, and eventually a blanket!</p> <p>I went with black and red, since we call her Sadie Bug. She has a ridiculous amount of ladybug stuff, and we're a little obsessed. She'll wear her ladybug headband (and maybe her ladybug babylegs?) for the monthly photos.
