@lilyofthewest: My DD was doing this a few weeks ago, it corresponded with getting her first teeth too. I decided any wake up before midnight she didn't need to eat for. So we'd let her fuss for 10-15 min then DH would go in giver her the pacifier and pat her. It took 4 days and she dropped the 11pm feed, which shifted her first feed to 1:30/2ish. She still gets up at 5am for a feed which sometimes she will go back to sleep for and other times won't. But 1-2 wake ups is doable for me. I was so exhausted with 3+ wakeups!

My six month old is going through the same thing these days :( she was a pretty good sleeper until she hit around 4.5 months. It's gotten pretty bad recently. I too am nursing to sleep, hoping this phase will end soon. Hang in there :)

I don't have advice, just commiseration. I miss sleep too. My LO is 2 and generally sleeps through the night, but still wakes up way more than she should. And I'm pregnant and wake up to pee 4 times a night anyway. I feel like I haven't been well rested since 2012.

One day...

@lilyofthewest: have you tried dropping one of those feedings before? Is your LO OK weight-wise? Because I would imagine a 6-month old would not need to eat 3x a night. When my son was about 6/7 months he was still getting up to eat 1x a night and my pediatrician just told me to stop, and it only took a few nights then he started sleeping through.... He was just getting up out of habit.

My 6mo old has 3-5 overnight wake-ups every night. I had really bad sleep disruption late in pregnancy, too. The last time I slept more than 4 hours in a row was sometime in December. :(

Baby typically has one 3 to 3.5 hour stretch of sleep, then the others are 1.5 to 2.5 hours long for the rest of the night. He goes back to sleep quite promptly after eating, but he's up again so soon.

Tell me it gets better? If your LO was similar, was there anything that made it better?
