<description>&#60;p&#62;I would use hot glue :) I don't think it would burn the tulle, but you could try in a little spot first. I typically use a low temp hot glue gun and that would definitely work.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I saw this on Amazon and thought it would be awesome on DD's birthday cake BUT its $9 and I can print it off at work and add tulle for free (I have it at home)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How would you attach the tulle? Glue? It looks wispy - do you think its cut differently?  Any other thoughts on how to do this?
