You'll need much heavier makeup for the stage. I agree with @lemonlong, you could try buying darker shades of foundation, concealer, blush/bronzer at the drugstore. If you'd rather use higher end products, Makeup Forever (at Sephora) or MAC (at a department store) make highly pigmented, full coverage makeup.

For more natural options, I'd try Tarte or Origins. I love Tarte's makeup, it's formulated without any harsh chemicals.

Tarte can be found at Ulta and Sephora and they claim to be natural. I like a lot of their products!

Stage makeup is different than everyday makeup. I would just buy cheap drugstore brands and look at some stage makeup tutorials. Regular makeup application and colors can wash you out on stage. If you want to go the department store route and buy makeup you can use again in real life, I like Origins. It's all natural and plant based.

I love Clinique and Bare Minerals. Think they are both fairly natural.

Let me start off by saying that I (almost) never wear make-up. I only do for special occasions when somebody else does it for me.

Now I need to buy and apply my own make-up for a play that I am in. Since I don't know what I'm doing or how to choose, I'm guessing I should go to a make-up counter, but which one? Recommendations? Bonus points for natural products!
