<description>&#60;p&#62;Well, I'm lighter than pre-baby weight, but I still am 80lbs from my goal weight. After I met my SO, I just packed it on.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've lost 23lbs since November. All I've done was to cut back portions and eat healthier. I also use My Fitness Pal and exercise. I still eat bread, because I love it, but I eat the right portion and real whole grains.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, only water, nothing that has calories!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@MungBean: The best advice I can give you is to not eat anything you wouldn't feed your child.  Meaning... most likely, you're giving your LO very healthy, clean meals to ensure that s/he's getting all the nutrition s/he needs.  If you follow those same guidelines, it should melt it off.  Also, as frequently as your child does (ie:  3 small meals and 2 small snacks).  That keeps your metabolism up and makes you less likely to overeat at each meal.  &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;@MungBean:  well I can't eat wheat so no breads or crackers or anything like that.. So often I'll have rice crackers with rolled up cold cuts for lunch. It's nice to be able to have some carbs every now and then!!! And I'll have rice cakes for snacks, and then we do rice as a side with dinner about once a week and I also like making risotto.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've basically gone paleo because of my daughters food intolerances and the weight is falling off of me. I'm 4 months post partum and I'm 12 lbs below pre pregnancy weight and 8 pounds from my ideal. And I don't even work out (but do exclusively breastfeed). Basically all I eat is fruits, veggies, meat and rice products. It can get boring for sure... But it's effective!

I can't exercise because of health issues so I'm sure if I could it would have gone quicker.... but I figured it happened eventually and that's what matters :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Before getting pregnant I got on myfitnesspal and started tracking my calories, then dropped them down to about 75-80% of what I ate normally and added in walking/weight lifting. Lost 30 lbs that way, but that is also PRE-baby weight; I know post-baby weight can be very stubborn! I just know the way I did it was cheap (essentially free) and basically stress-free. <description>&#60;p&#62;Ugh I finally stepped on the scale today after being too afraid to for so long. I'm glad I did - seeing those awful numbers flash before my eyes really hit home. It's been 13 months since I've had lo and I'm still about 13 lbs from pre-preg and 23 lbs from my ideal weight. Ugh ugh ugh.  I feel frumpy, fat and icky, not to mention just flabby and totally out of shape :( I used to be a size 4 :( &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know I need to practice healthier eating habits, exercise portion control, and exercise but I'm just so tired and exhausted from keeping up with my toddler and worrying about her eating that I get swept to the wayside :( I need motivation and inspiration please. Bees that finally got rid of that stubborn weight- how'd you do it?? I need encouragement and tips :(
