<description>&#60;p&#62;I tried insanity after a few friends went through it and lost significant amounts of weight. I went through it for about three weeks and found that I gained basically muscle mass, but was not losing any weight, so I ended up stopping. Personally, I like a workout that has more cardio in it then mostly strength training. Even though there are cardio sessions, I didn't enjoy it as much. I am fortunate that I now belong to a gym that offers a lot of great strength straining classes, which I think are harder and pushes me more than an at home program. I am able to do these classes and mix it with cardio and I enjoy my workouts a lot more. I know people have great success on it, I just didn't enjoy it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;i got through about 7 weeks of it! it definitely gets easier around the 2nd week! even tho i definitely felt sore every day for awhile, at least i knew that it was doing something (i never got sore with the 30 day shred or anything like that). and i was definitely the lightest i'd been since high school. good luck!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@regberadaisy: I've heard that it makes you super hungry!  I gained weight at first doing the JM workouts so I'm hoping I gained my muscle and now I can start losing weight.  I have like 35 that I want to lose but 20 that I need to lose to be in a healthy weight range for my body type and height.  So I'm hoping for it to come off more.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@BelugaBean:  wow. I bow down to you. My husband just finished the first 30 days and it's INSANE. I guess the first 30 days is just prep for the last 30 days. Today he starts day 31 and I guess that's when the &#60;i&#62;real&#60;/i&#62; workout starts.&#60;br /&#62;
He asked if I wanted to join and I just blank stared him. hahaha&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Be prepared though bc he hasn't lost a pound! But he's gained a lot of muscle mass and he said his core has definitely strengthened. And he swears by shakeology after his workout. His appetite has more than doubled.

<description>&#60;p&#62;So I've been doing various Jillian Michaels DVDs the past few months.  I've lost a few pounds and a lot of inches but I wasn't seeing the loss I wanted to.  So I decided to try Insanity.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know it was just the fit test today but it wore me out!  I'm hoping I don't die tomorrow during an actual workout.  I didn't do too bad though with the fit test.  On most of them I was at least where the two in the video said they started, most of the time higher.  And on one exercise I did better than one of them did which made me feel pretty good!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Has anyone finished this?  What kind of results did you see?
