He's only 8 lbs and change, so he's just a hungry beast with a high metabolism we suppose. She was eating 5oz every 3 hours as well. She's 10 weeks now and she eats 6oz at some feedings. </p> <p>Some kids just need more! We'll honestly probably start solids at 4 months because she eats so much. And a good eater! Sienna is 3.5 weeks and 11 lbs. porker you say?<br /> I wouldn't worry too much about it. If he's full he won't eat. My son was the same way!! So I started him on solids sooner then the suggested time. I swear this kid would eat all day long if I let him. I know he's not over eating because he doesn't spit up his formula, but I am terrified I'm overfeeding him. He weighs about 11lbs. I swear I've got a little piglet on my hands. I know every baby is different, and it doesn't help that I try to find on the Internet how much he should be eating at this point....it's probably just me being a worriesome first time mom. These kids need to come with instructions! :) </p>
