Thanks again for all of the overwhelming support. I tested again today at 13dpo with FMU &amp; also got a faint bfp on a different brand of test - I attached the photograph below. However, after attempting a bm (tmi, sorry) this morning I had some very light brownish spotting on the tissue I used. I trying not to freak out, but failing! Just start taking prenatal vitamins, and you're good to go! :) Once you "officially" miss your period, you should call your obgyn to schedule an appointment. My doctor has me waiting until 8-10 weeks to come in for an appointment. I was hoping to go in to confirm the pregnancy with a doctor (blood test or whatever) but they told me they go by the home pregnancy test, and there's no need to come in until 8-10 weeks.
