That's exactly what I've been dealing with. Mine has gone into a depression I think because I can't even eat or drink and am currently laying in bed because I don't want to do anything else. Don't wait to talk to someone like I have.

I get heartburn that feels like that, which then causes a panic attack. When I feel it I just try to burp and it usually goes away. It's weird.

I never got panic attacks until I was pregnant and they were awful. This sounds a lot like one to me. Can you take a warm bath and maybe practice breathing deep? If it doesn't go away, call your doc. Your BP can spike high and that can be dangerous!

That sounds a lot like a panic attack to me :( Those are some of the scariest feelings and I hope that it passes quickly for you. Along with some breathing exercises, also try some progressive muscle relaxation (http://www.amsa.org/healingthehealer/musclerelaxation.cfm). This can be helpful when working through an attack.

I don't have any experience with this. Can you call an advice nurse?

Hope everything is ok!

That's EXACTLY what my anxiety attacks feel like. And the problem is you feel like you aren't breathing so you freak out more and make it even worse. Try to take ten slow deep breaths and tell yourself this is mental and not physical and you are going to be OK. Sit in a dark room with some low music on and try your best to relax. Then make an appointment to see a doc ASAP to talk about coping mechanisms and possibly medication. I started using Xanax as needed and it really helped me.

I'm a little worried. My husband isn't home, and the last couple of hours I've been having heart palpitations and trouble breathing. It feels like I have a huge weight on my chest, and I can't get quite enough air. I've had this a couple times in the past couple of weeks but it's lasting a long time today (like an hour).
I'm really stressed out right now with TTC and school and work issues, but I'm not sure if this is stress related or what...

Thoughts?
