Every brand fits differently. Some run big some run small. It can be so frustrating. I finally found brands that work well for my oldest b/c he has wide feet. According to Zappos, 4.33" is between a size 3.5 - 4 US! Holy crap! She's 12 weeks old today and I bought her size 0-6 months. There's no way she'll be able to fit in these for another 3 months! I'll be glad if they last a month!</p> <p>Most of her sleepers have been small in the feet area, but I thought they were just made small. But now I'm really starting to think she has large feet - just like her daddy!</p> <p>Does you LO's feet fit in sleepers? What size was your LO's feet at 12 weeks? </p> <p>These are size 16/17 in Moccis. According their site, it's equivalent to: US size 1, UK size 0-1, or 11 cm long (4.33 inches). </p>
