@StbHisMrs: Yes - it was about 4-6 weeks and it was brutal!! But we're over it. I think it had a lot to do with separation anxiety actually. He hit his peak and leaving him is really difficult now because he will cling to me and scream. He was doing the same thing at night, and if I went into his room and picked him up - he would immediately calm down and snuggle with me. It was rough, he was up a lot at night, but his sleep is much better now.

@Mrs. Pen: i'm sorry I never saw this!
Yes it did get better, we cut out her nighttime milk, and once thr baby arrived she started STTN, it was like magic. Cutting her milk consumption down during the day and night (replaced with ice water) really helped, she would only wake up once.

I hope it's resolved for you!

@StbHisMrs: did you ever figure out what was going on? When did her sleep get better?

My son is 17 months and going through something similar. I don't feed him though... hmm I wonder if he is hungry? He doesn't nurse anymore or take a bottle though.

She's only 17 months old though, for the past 2.5-3 weeks she's been sleeping horridly. This is a typical night for us -

Bedtime 8:30-9pm
Wake up at 11:30-12 - hungry
Wake up 2 up until 3:30 sometimes up at 3 until 4:30 not hungry, I have to stand over her crib if I leave she cries.
Up at 5:30 - hungry. Sometimes she'll go back to sleep until 7..

I feel like I'm in a fog everyday, so tired!! I try not to feed her, some nights I give her a sippy of milk just to try to get her to sleep, doesn't work!!

Anyone else? I hope this ends soon!!!
