Otherwise, boiron camillia or hylands teething tablets are good homeopathic remedies. Frozen washcloths or frozen fruit in mesh feeders are also good! </p> Blueberry on "I think we're teething! I think I see the bottom left tooth coming through. For the past week he has been a little more irritable than normal. He will be playing or nursing and suddenly break out crying as if he's in a lot of pain. He is waking up more often during the night and his poopy diapers are a little mucusy. </p> <p>Is he teething? How did your LO handle teething? What did you do to help soothe them? </p>
