<description>&#60;p&#62;I was at the gym yesterday doing one of my first regular Crossfit workouts post partum, not a scaled mommy version.  I was feeling exhausted but really good about everything.  At the very end of the workout as a minute of jump rope (double unders).  I was surprised how well it was going since I am about a year out of practice.  About four jumps in I feel myself leak a little and I remember that jumping rope is infamous for making mommies pee their pants.  How did I forget that?  My gym even stocks pads in the bathroom specifically for this reason.  &#60;/p&#62;
