I went to bed at 10:30 last night and he woke at 11:45 -- totally kicking myself for giving up an almost 5-hour stretch of uninterrupted sleep! (And here I am again on HB at 3:45 after he fell back asleep 30 minutes ago.)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just put my son (10 weeks) to bed at 8pm.  I wish I could fall asleep, too!  I know they say that moms should go to bed when their lo goes to bed to lessen sleep deprivation.  What do you do when your body is tired but your mind is not?.  What are some tips/things you do to help yourself fall asleep at the same time as lo?
