Sad but true!! At first I thought it was AF too, but it never got heavy enough Nd I didn't have the cramping and headaches I usually get...plus, it happened about 3 times, the bleeding would totally stop, I'd have a week off, then it would start again for a week. Still BFing at eight months and AF is a monthly guest. Not cool. </p> <p>I was also kind of appalled at my six week visit when my midwife airily said I shouldn't need to worry too much about contraception without asking about my cycle or anything. I continued to have some bleeding until I had the polyp removed later (they told me it might go away on its own, but it just got bigger instead). Like, I could have used liners instead of pads most of the time. I thought that just meant I was super lucky (and that by OB got most of it when she had her fist up my vag digging around like there was lost treasure after DD was born). But the last few days I have felt the same almost crampy feeling I get before AF and this morning I went to the bathroom and it looks like it is back. I just stopped bleeding 2 weeks ago and now, 6 wks pp could I be right? We are EBF too which I thought was supposed to delay it some. Could it be something else or did I just get screwed out of the gift that is a few months with nothing happening in my uterus? If so, cue pouty face and stomping feet because that's not fair! </p>
