I was hoping getting Mirena three months ago and breast feeding would have bought me more time. I feel as bummed out as when I got my first period. </p> <p>I guess I should have seen it coming. I had a total dip in supply yesterday and I fell asleep on the couch at 8 last night and slept until 7 this morning. Mommy sleep that is, I had to wake for feedings and pumping but a long stretch nonetheless. This just ruins my "I slept really well" mood. </p>
