Last time DD1 was really sick she spiked a 104 fever and our ped wanted a confirmed rectal temperature. I wouldn't worry unless she's fussy/ lethargic. If you are really concerned try a tepid bath and see if it brings her temp down. I have her Ibuprofen and 1pm she took a nap, fever 101, gave her Tylenol at 4:00, fever is 102. She's acting normal and has an appt with her pediatrician tomorrow at 11:30. I've never had a fever not respond to meds before and I'm getting worried. </p>
