You would notice if you got the update because you have to agree to run it.<br /> if you go to your settings and look under the "about phone" section it should tell you what version of android and the "build number" you are running. I did have a problem with it disconnecting from the network, but that's because it was set up to use the 4G connection. Once I switched it to use the 3G connection, it's been fine. </p> <p>My phone did shut off one time and didn't come back up a couple weeks ago. Its really annoying because DH got it on his phone and I didnt get the update and we are on the same plan! Anyway I spoke to the service provider and they said a lot of peoples phones crashed so they are holding off and sending out the update later. Cant wait! </p>
