@ladybee: I'll stick with his bedding as long as I can. His crib converts to a toddler bed. When DD is old enough to transition out of our room, I'll move her into the toddler bed or keep it as a crib, get new bedding for her and then move DS to the twin bed.

Are you planning on using his bedding or getting him new bedding for the twin?

I don't know if anyone can help or has ideas, but I will take all the help I can get! We have 2/2 house, a 15 month old and one on the way. They will be about 18 months apart.

Currently DS has his own room, it is about 13 x 12. I am at such a loss for layout and room ideas! I have looked at tons of bee's nursery pics on here and there are some seriously cute nurseries.

Paint color, prints, any ideas. Ultimately, he will share this room with his sister so I am really trying to get creative and do a gender neutral shared room. We haven't done anything to the room since we moved in so I'm working with a blank canvas.

This is his crib: http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/kendall-fixed-gate-crib/?pkey=e%7Ckendall%7C28%7Cbest%7C0%7C1%7C24%7C%7C1&cm_src=PRODUCTSEARCH||NoFacet-_-NoFacet-_-NoMerchRules-_- (in sun valley espresso)

This is his bedding:
http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/alligator-madras-nursery-bedding/?pkey=e%7Cmadras%7C24%7Cbest%7C0%7C1%7C24%7C%7C4&cm_src=PRODUCTSEARCH||NoFacet-_-NoFacet-_-NoMerchRules-_-

We have some Ikea Ribba book ledges I haven't put up yet and a Little Castle Glider/Ottoman that is cranberry colored with blue piping. There's also a Kendall nightstand from PBK also.

And...I just ordered the Kendall twin bed because it was mega on sale Black Friday so now I need to figure out where to put it in the room!

Anyone? Anyone? (Bueller...Bueller...)
