After our MC last year (around this time) SIL sent DH and I a "movie bucket"

It had candy and popcorn type snacks in it, and it was a nice reminder for us to do something together.

Or, I highly recommend Cheryl's cookies. My roommate's office used to use them a lot as a vendor and they're delicious. Or Harry and David if you want more of an assortment

Since it's around Valentine's Day, could you send her a "basket of love". Heart shaped cookies and chocolate, a red or pink candle, maybe a gift certificate to a movie/restaurant? I like themes when sending a package and that seems appropriate to show her that you care.

that's great that you are able to be there for her as some support. a package is such a nice idea. maybe some trashy magazines, a gift certificate for a manicure, some fun bath/body stuff (okay i am seriously projecting here these are all things i would want), a chick flick dvd (or maybe movie tickets for her and her partner)...and her favorite snacks/candy?

My cousin has unexplained IF. She was able t conceive her son on her own after 5 years of trying, treatments, etc, but he's 4 now and no luck with #2. It's looking like her IUI this month failed, and she's really upset. I'm really the only person she talks to about it because I'm the only one who comes close to understanding. Her sister has 4 kids, all of them super easy to conceive, and that's pretty typical of our family.

I was thinking of sending her something nice, since she likes getting packages. Any suggestions? Can anyone recommend a website that sends nice gift baskets or something? And is there anything else I can do, beyond listening and being sympathetic? I just hate this because she was so hopeful this time.
