Some people get EWCM during pregnancy, some get it just before AF and some during annovulatory cycles. I hope its the first one in your case!!!!

I believe I read somewhere that women often have two surges in one cycle (not necessarily releasing an egg.) Also, you can have EWCM at different points in your cycle. Depending on your cycle length, I would bet you are 9 dpo. But...when in doubt, BD!

A positive OPK does not mean you have ovulated. It means that your body was gearing up to do it. If ovulation doesn't happen, your body will gear up to do it again and you could get another positive OPK. The only way to really know if you have O'd is to take your temp and chart or measure your progesterone level in the dr office.

@LAZB: Thank you for your response! I will test when I get home in the morning from work. Hopefully it is just a weird hormone thing for a day and my cycle is normal this month. I need to carry OPKs in my purse for times like these. :silly:

I've heard you may ovulate twice in one month, but super doubtful that you could that far apart. My guess is either you got a false positive the first time, or you just have weird hormone stuff going on. Can you take another opk today?

I am supposed to be 9DPO after having positive OPKs CD15 and CD16. I just went to the bathroom and wiped and was suprised to find a lot of EWCM! I checked my cervix and it is high, soft and not open but not tightly closed either. I am completely confused and frustrated. Has anyone O'd two times in one month or was it fasle psoitive OPKs?
