You seem to understand that IUI/IVF mostly just speed things up unless there's an obvious reason to do IVF (as my RE says) and it's more the right tweaks here and there that you're looking for.</p> <p>My clinic never did care much about the MTHFR so I ended up taking fish oil (containing 800mg EPA) and baby aspirin only after they confirmed O. Thanks to the wonderful advice you and @raintreebee gave me I swapped my regular folic acid and B12 with Quatrefolic and methylcobalmin.
