It sounds like the office is very poorly run, and just because other people had success there doesn't mean you are doomed because you haven't yet. I met one woman who did 3 IVFs elsewhere before having success at my clinic and felt awful since I had failed cycles there. They raved to me about how much better it was and how they loved the doctor and I can't help thinking that although my treatment was wrong at the first place I liked it better there. My lining was showing tri-something(? I didn't catch the second part) and it never has before, which is a good thing. My follicles were also looking more developed at this stage than they have before, so my RE is pretty satisfied with the letrozole so far. If my estradiol comes back strong enough today, I go in for another u/s on Monday afternoon - Tuesday if its not so great. It has helped me ovulate every cycle since I've been taking it (8 mos), but I have also had some hesitation about staying on it for so long. I've tried to do some research on long term effects, but I think I should just check in with my OB. I know she's not a fan of clomid so I'm not sure what else she'll recommend other than to see an RE. I just don't know if I'm ready to go down that road yet.
