If my LO woke up a few minutes into a nap, I would want to nurse her back to sleep. My husband showed me he could just sing/shush her back to sleep. I would literally stand next to him trying to mimic the exact same movement/speed. He almost fell over laughing at me. I cannot get her to take a nap except while she's in the Ergo and I am walking or standing. DH worked from home this afternoon and he got her to sleep right away. He can do it, daycare can do it, what will it take for me to be able to do it???</p> <p>I don't think I have the timing/signals wrong because I frequently tell DH when she is ready for a nap. I'm holding her like DH does, bouncing her on the ball for the same amount of time at similar speed. </p> <p>Is there anything else I'm not thinking of? </p>
