But DS is really easy. I'm sure part of it is that I've done it all once before, but also he is predictable. He eats when he is hungry, sleeps when he is tired. Was always a pretty good sleeper (but was also a light sleeper and woke up easily). He had a milk allergy and reflux so that was tough, but even then it just made him fussy - he never was a "screamer" or had colic.</p> <p>In public, he's really easy most of the time to take out grocery shopping, etc. He saves all his behavior for home, lol. Right now it's hard because he's still adjusting to not being an only child anymore, so he's been acting out and having tantrums a lot more. But a lot of it is normal 2 year old stuff. He can be easygoing in some ways but challenging in other ways - he is very, very sensitive and can be *really* whiny, but I try to be understanding because I was the same way as a kid. </p> <p>DS2 is only 2 weeks old, so still too young to tell! But he definitely seems more go with the flow and once he's asleep, he will literally sleep through any kind of noise (unlike my first son). DS2 is even easier! I'm sure it's me being more relaxed, but DS2 is really a laid back, chill baby. Not fussy, ate well, slept well etc. #2 is 9 months old and has been even easier. I learned lots with #1, implemented that with #2 and it's been smooth sailing. DS2's personality is totally different than his big brother. So in some ways he is easier and in other ways harder. T is still a pretty shitty sleeper, but so was E at 5 months old. I take things more in stride with #2 than I did with #1. As a baby, she slept and ate well (bf) and her cries were short. As a toddler, she does have her moments but it's not that bad. </p> <p>With that being said, I'm terrified about LO2 and how he will be. Older moms at work tell me all the time, "If you're first one was easy, be prepared bc the second is not!" Thanks a lot older moms for scaring me. :bummed: </p> <p>Can I get lucky with the second? </p>
