These are usually at restaurants that are small and only have one or two unisex single bathrooms, and very clean. NYC so there's no car option, otherwise I'd prob do that. It was just easier! The flight attendant gave me a blanket and I changed her on the blanket over the toilet seat but she screamed the whole time thinking she was falling and it was so unpleasant for both of us. I prefer it to public changing tables. I've changed on my KP when necessary, too. If you don't have a changing table in your bathroom, I have no problems doing it at my table (on a chair/booth bench - not the actual table.)
