I'm pretty cheap, so I do factor in cost with what I buy. I do try to buy what is in season since it is cheaper. The larger ones do, but it's only veggies and there's not much of a selection. Being certified “organic” is costly and big business, and I’d rather buy from a farm that can’t afford to get certified as organic, or uses minimal pesticides than imported organic produce.
