For that matter, I suspect many people will reconsider having kids at all even if they get through this in one piece. I'm sure many NYC residents are wondering how they will feed their kids right now, or who will take the (possibly infectious) kids if they're in hospital, or worse. The thing that really did me in on #3 was trying to do newborn/nursing/etc while doing two older kid schedules at two different schools.
