Or be prepared to just shut up and move the conversation along quickly!!!'</p> <p>Eta: I'm a strong believer in face to face feedback. I think Yelp is ok, but protects reviewers behind a veil of anonymity and allows a diluted commercial form of cyber bullying. I would want my friends to be honest with me so I could make changes and help my business thrive since that's my livelihood. Surely there'd be something positive I could say. Like if the meal is so so I'd say it was a beautiful restaurant, great service, interesting menu etc. and then mention the best thing I ate. Friendship trumps a so-so meal. I'd review it positively and give it 5 stars. If it like made me sick or something I might talk to friend to give them a heads up and then abstain from reviewing.
