Here's our morning routine with 2 LO.

5:30-DH gets up, showers, dresses
5:45-I get up, shower, dress bottom half and lay out clothes for top half
6:00-DH gets DD up, picks out her clothes, sends her to the potty then oversees/helps her get dressed
6:00-I get DS up, change his diaper, dress him then settle onto our bed to nurse
6:15-DH heads downstairs, feeds dog/lets her out, puts on cartoon for DD
6:15-I finish getting ready; dress my top half, blow dry hair, put on minimal make-up
6:30-DH leaves for work; DS and I head downstairs and I pack up my pump bag
6:45-I leave the house with DD and DS

I pack bottles and lunches for everyone the night before.

5:00am- I wake up and shower. Hopefully if LO isn't up yet I will have time for a cup of coffee and Pinterest :)
5:30am- wake DH to shower. LO is usually up at this point. She will hang out in our bedroom while I get dressed.
6:00am- prepare bottles, let dogs out, pack lunch for DH and myself for work.
6:15 or 6:30am (depending on whether or not we are running behind)- nurse LO- she doesn't always nurse right away when she wakes up because she has usually been up around 4am.
6:45- make sure I have pump and all of pump parts and leave for work. DH stays at home with LO until my mom arrives to watch her at 7:15. This enables me to leave work earlier to get home with her around 4:00pm.

6:00am: I wake and get ready (unless LO is awake, then I feed first)
6:15am: I feed both dogs, let them outside, pack bottles for daycare and put both dogs back in bed with DH (Lucky!)
6:30am: Wake LO to feed, get changed and dressed
6:50am: leave house for daycare/work commute

I do the whole morning routine most days by myself since DH has such different hours than I do. Sometimes he will help with LO or the dogs if I am running late. I think the only way I stay sane is by getting everything ready the night before: filling bottles, pump and parts, picking out LO's & my clothes, showering, etc.

6:00am: Wagon Sr. and I both wake up. He showers and I pump, then pack up my pump bag.
6:20am: Wagon Sr. heads downstairs to walk the dogs then cook Wagon Jr.'s eggs. During this time if Wagon Jr. isn't up yet he will also put together his daycare bag (we pack his lunch the night before) and do our coffee (keurig) and breakfast (microwave). I shower and get ready for work.
6:30am: While I continue to get ready, Wagon Sr. gets Jr. up, dressed, potty, and fed breakfast. If he has time he'll come get my pump bag, put the ice packs in it, and load up the car.
7:00am: The nanny arrives (LMW is usually still sleeping) and Wagon Sr., Jr. and I all leave to drop Jr off at daycare.

These days we've been sleeping in a bit, which makes us all late, but we get to see LMW for a bit before leaving!

5:30am: LO nurses in our bed
6:00am: Back into the crib
6:05am: Pack up bags, finish prep that isn't done, breakfast
6:30am: Hubby and I shower, usually together to chat about the day, no funny business in the morning!
6:45am: Dressed/face/etc
7:00am: Wake baby, DH brings bags to the car
7:15am: We all leave the house!

I wish I had time for another nursing session in the morning but it just doesn't happen!

Well we have a nanny that comes to the house so that makes it ten times easier. But here is our routine.

5am: baby usually wakes to eat then goes back to sleep
5:50ish am: both DH and I get up. I brush teeth, do hair and make up. DH feeds dog, starts coffee and starts preparing are breakfast
6:10 am: I pack snacks for work, prepare pump for work and set up to pump. DH brushes teeth, and lounges
6:20: pump and drink coffee and eat breakfast. DH eats too.
6:30ish: baby will wake again. DH gets him and keeps him occupied.
6:45 finish pumping, prepare bottles for the day
6:50-7: play with baby
7 am: nanny arrives, DH and I get dressed
7:10 am: DH and I leave for work

It's working we'll for us right now. Sometimes we get thrown off depending on when the baby wakes up an if I wake up too late.

mine's a bit different because I'm on mat leave so I don't have to 'get ready' persay, but I still have to leave because DH doesn't drive.
6:00 (ish?) - DH gets up, showers, usually LO wakes up & we doze/nurse
6:30 - I get up, throw on clothes, go out to warm up the car & take his lunch out, DH finishes getting ready & puts LO in carseat.
6:35 - we leave to drive DH to work.
7:00 - Drop DH off at work
anywhere between 7:30-8:00 - get home. LO usually sleeps in his carseat pretty much the entire trip & then is up until his first nap at 9:30-10.

6:00 - I get up, shower, hair, makeup.
6:30 - I make myself breakfast, pack pump bag, feed pets, write in LO's daycare notebook, maybe a few small chores around the house.
7:00 - wake up DH and LO, nurse LO
7:20 - wake up DH again, get dressed while LO plays at my feet
7:25 - I leave for work, DH gets LO dressed, packs up her bottles/food (prepped the night before) and takes her to daycare. He comes back to the house after dropping her off to shower and eat (or go back to sleep some days.) He's not a morning person so adjusting to having to help out in the morning has been hard for him, he used to just sleep until 8:30 or 9 every day, but since I leave work early to pick her up I can't do the dropoff too.

We get out of bed by 7am; I shower/do hair while DH gets LO dressed/diaper changed. Then he showers and I take LO downstairs with me and I make breakfast, pack the daycare bag (we make bottles the night before), make/pack our lunches, etc. while LO plays and snacks on cheerios/puffs.

My husband comes down and watches LO while I run upstairs and get dressed, finish my hair, etc. and we leave the house at the same time, by about 8am (unless I am taking LO to daycare, then I leave by 7:45am).

Our morning routine looks like:
5:45am - Most of us are up, LO comes and has a bottle in bed with us. She watches tv and we get ready.
6:15am - DH takes her to the kitchen, I finish getting ready. He packs her bag while she plays or eats a snack in her high chair.
6:20 am - DH leaves and I start getting her ready for daycare.
6:45 am - LO and I leave for daycare.

If both you and your husband work a typical 8-5 schedule, how do you handle morning prep?

DH has always been in charge of getting her daycare bag together and my pump bag when I was pumping. Its a huge help. He even puts it all in my car!

I have always been in charge of feeding and dressing her. It is so tough some mornings. How do you and your SO split up morning chores? What is your routine?
