If it's just for comfort, the second ones you posted. </p> <p>I think the whole purpose of paying so much for uggs is the plushness of the interior (otherwise, why not buy knockoffs?) so I'm not a fan of the first ones you posted because they're just snow boots made by ugg.</p> <p>I have Mariana Uggs (I'm not sure they're sold anymore) that are waterproof, but look more like uggs (and are fully lined with fluff). Not snowy enough to warrant my all out winter Sorels, but wet/cold enough to need something with more umph. They are so comfortable (basically like sneakers) and also the warmest shoes I own. I live in New England and have a long walking commute to work and every winter I am so glad I own them. I've also had mine for 3 or 4 years already and they still look and feel great.
