We wallpapered our ceiling (that sounds crazy I know, but it looks pretty) and it was just a texture print thing that we had to line up, and on the ceiling so less noticeable if it wasn't perfect, and it was HARD and pretty time consuming. The moisture in bathrooms will cause the wallpaper to peel eventually. Unless this is just a powder too with no shower/tub? At any rate, as someone who has a wallpapered bathroom that needs to be stripped (but who is still too traumatized from doing the kitchen to touch it yet), I don't think it's a great idea.
