I was so freaked out ha!). My OB told me I'd be a milk cow..and I was. spent a small fortune on breast pads.</p> <p>I'm only 5 weeks along but already feeling the tell-tale tingling..but no leaking yet. We weaned in January..and I've been absolutely dry since. I hope I don't have to buy breast pads already?! </p>
