I'm taking More Milk Plus, drinking Mother's Tea and lots and lots of water. I'm getting at least 4 more ozs per session now! It's a lot of water to drink but it works. Good luck!!!

&#60;p&#62;I've found that my biggest booster is eating plenty of calories and drinking lots of water, I have to make a real conscious effort to eat meals and snacks. I have oatmeal every morning and have also had success eating lactation cookies and drinking lactation tea. I also try to make sure I'm getting plenty of rest and sleep.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Trust in your body and your ability to feed LO, keep putting her to the breast and letting her feed as often as possible so your body's getting the signal to produce more milk - you can do it!

&#60;p&#62;Right now I'm taking More Milk Plus and eating oatmeal every day.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My LO isn't spending enough time at the breast and won't take a bottle so I HAVE to make sure I'm producing enough and with her recent fussing about it (brought on by her being put in a Pavlik harness so positioning isn't easy for either of us) and my stressing about it has had an impact on my supply. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Do you have any tips or recommended products? Or are there tablets the doctor can prescribe to help? Thanks sooo much!
