I think the important thing to check is who is fulfilling the order. If it's Amazon, it will be some sort of Amazon packaging. If you get it from another source from the Amazon website though, it could be something suspicious (like some home health or medical supply company). In that case, could you send it to a girlfriend's house? I would only be worried if your in-laws are in the habit of opening your boxes (which would be worrisome in general!).
