Now there are times when she wake sup early that we try to get he to sleep with us but she just rolls around all over us. Loved the snuggles but neither of us slept well at all. We just had a second baby but he sleeps in the rock n play next to the bed. DH jokes we may have to buy a California king next. Put him back in his crib for a few weeks then he hit some milestone and back in bed with us. Rinse and repeat. He's 10 months now and like other mommies, he starts out sleeping in his play yard and upon first wake, he's in bed with us. he still wakes up multiple times a night and it's hit or miss of me putting him back in the play yard. if he wakes 3x after I try, he stays in bed with me.</p> <p>DS rolls and flings his limbs like crazy when he sleeps and I'm so afraid he'll fall of the bed! Which did happen once. We bought a bassinet, in case we needed it, but never used it. I was very open minded about what kinda sleeping method we'd use and co sleeping came natural! He usually falls asleep on my chest and then settles between the crook of my arm and my torso over the night. He also slept in a pack n play next to my bedside some nights, but he almost always ended up in bed with us. Around 4.5 months, he made it clear that he was no longer into it, we moved him into his crib, and he's been there since. I moved her bedtime a little earlier (6:00, which is super early), and she gets up around 10 to eat (I'll have to work on weaning her off this one in the next few weeks), and again around 2-3. Depending on tuning, I usually get her around 3:30-4:00 when she's up (because at that wakeup she's usually wiiiide awake) and bring her in bed so I can get more sleep (and some cuddles!). She's usually up for the day around 5:30ish. </p> <p>Like you, not "perfect," but SO much better than where we were! She even went down with zero crying tonight! Like I said, I want to wean the early feed, and eventually try to work on that 4:00 wakeup everyday, but well get there!</p> <p>ETA: I NEED to do something about naps... I can't get her to nap anywhere but ON me. She sleeps in her crib to her first habitual wake up around 11-12am, which is when we go to bed, and she comes to bed with us. I loooove it so much!!! The snuggles are my favorite part of the day, and now (ironically) I have trouble sleeping without her on nights I go to bed earlier!
