I think there are less health benefits but it's still a good, healthy cooking oil. I like coconut though...good with sweet potatoes and sautéed green beans. We did at first, especially DH, but not anymore. I also don't put very much either... and not with every single dish. We do it for teriyaki stir-fry, orange chicken and omelettes (sometimes).
