Cosmetically, I want to take out all the 70's accents, like our stairs and replace it with something more classic. The biggest one (and something that I can't actually change) is the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bath is off of a pretty small bedroom, and it would be nice to have a real master bedroom. There are two bedrooms on our third floor that are much larger and have much more closet space, but there's no bathroom up there. At least it's less to clean ;) it actually feels bigger than our last place which was 1500 sq ft- bit the layout was awful!</p> <p>Since I need a second option: I would make the kitchen bigger with a pantry. Apparently the owner has tried to have it repaired before, but it would be crazy expensive and not worth it.
