I love our B-Agile for now, but once we have two kids, I would get a B-Ready. The B-Agile stands up on its own when folded (at least ours does), folds with one hand, and has a big canopy. All plusses for me!

I think it really depends on our family plan. If we planned on having two kids close together, I would get either the city mini select or the bugaboo donkey. If we only planned on one kid (one and done), I would get the bugaboo cam or the uppa baby vista. If I planned on two kids but a few years apart, I would get the uppa baby vista (which is what we have). But that being said, we don't have a car and walk a lot, so manuverability is really important to me. If we were in and out of the car a lot, I might look into the city mini or maclaren techno or something.

@zippylef: is the britax b series the kind that you can position the seat to face forward or toward you?? that's the kind I love!!

I think I would love a bugaboo. I love the versatility, the sleek design and the ability to configure the seat many different ways.

@zippylef: we haven't traveled with it, but i have a friend who travels with hers all the time. since you can gate check it and it's so easy to fold, i think it's pretty easy to travel with. i've traveled with my umbrella stroller (maclaren quest).

the thing i don't like about the city mini, and almost all strollers really, is that it doesn't stand when it's folded, so even though it folds up nice and flat, it takes up a lot of room on the floor unless you hang it or store it under something.

if you're just going to get an umbrella stroller as your one stroller (which a lot of people do), then the uppababy gluxe stands when folded.

@Mrs. Bee: I live in a small town in England, so we have terrible roads and we do walk a lot. I need something light-weight, easy to fold with one hand, has a decent canopy to block rain and has a good-sized storage basket underneath.

I looove our uppababy vista. It's great for us and I love that it came with all the extras (bassinet, rain cover, bug cover...) so we didn't have to buy anything else. I only wish you could jog with it - then it would be perfect.

We don't have a stroller yet but are leaning toward the B-Agile. I like that one and the City Mini, but the B-Agile is a little cheaper and if we get a Britax car seat we won't have to buy any extra hardware to connect them--I think the $60 you have to pay for the City Mini attachment (for an infant carseat) is ridiculous! That might not be important for your current situation, but I guess it's something to think about for the next child. The two strollers maneuver and fold in a similar manner (we tried them out at Babies R Us and I pushed a friend's City Mini around the mall) and after reading a ton of reviews I feel like they're pretty evenly matched. I am interested to see which stroller you end up picking and why--please keep us posted!

it really depends on where you live and how you use it. for us it would be the city mini because of its easy fold, light weight, and great handling. that's important to us because we're city dwellers with no cars, bumpy roads (need big tires), limited space, and stairs to our apartment (so we need something light).

i haven't tried out the b-agile though so i can't really compare, but our nanny says that the city mini is the best stroller she's ever used in her 10+ years of nannying, including all the high end strollers.

We do only have one stroller, and it's the UppaBaby g-lux. It's comfy for us both and folds up small. It's not good for jogging or trails but I jog alone and we prefer to wear them both for hiking.

@Sammyfab: Oooh yes, I love the maneuverability! I think a good test would be to put 20-30 pounds (child + gear) into the stroller and see if you can push and steer one handed. I love that I can push it one handed while out shopping, it leaves me a free hand to hold a drink, shop, or talk on my phone.

We have the uppababy vista and absolutely love it. Some of the pros are that it's easier to maneuver and fold, there are lots of different positions for the seat, the basket underneath is huge, and uppababy customer service is excellent. You can also buy a rumble seat for when you have a 2nd. Some cons are that it is wider than average and some people find it heavy (I don't though and I'm 5'2" and <110 lbs).

When we were looking at strollers the salesperson raved about the vista and thought it was the best value compared to the bugaboo, orbit, britax, and city select (the other strollers they carried). She really couldn't say enough good things about it. She did say that the britax is the better option for 2 kids.

We have the B-Ready and I love it. It is a bit larger than the city Mini and B Agile but it is SOOO nice for long walks in the neighborhood (big wheels and allows for a long stride) and for long days out of the house (PLENTY of storage and a big seat for her).

I really don't think this stoller exists! My perfect stroller would be able to carry newborn twins and a toddler, fold up into the size of a backpack and also be a jogger!

All kidding aside, there's a family of three in my building with the City Mini. They have two littles in the seats and a toddler that rides on a board on the back. The mom pushes it onto the buses and trams pretty easily, so I'd probably go with that one...but I am anti Britax strollers (after poor customer service and usability of the model I chose), so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I don't know if this brand is available where you live, but TFK makes a stroller called the Joggster Twist. They've redone it and it can handle 2 kids now.

... and use it for the rest of your kid's life, which one would it be?

Now that C is outgrowing her infant seat, we're going to sell our small stroller and our travel system and buy something a little on the higher end side. We don't ever want to buy another stroller, so this one needs to last for several years and, ideally, be good to use for our next child too.

We're looking at the Britax B-Agile or the Baby Jogger City Mini but leaning toward the B-Agile.

What would you pick?
