My LO never really had bad reflux, so not sure if this helps, but her poops started looking more normal within about a week and she seemed more comfortable overall. I would say it took a month for her to really clear up (but yours may get better faster b/c mine ended up having other food issues in addition, dairy was just the worst one).

My LO had reflux and explosive spit ups. Like as in we were at the point of considering wearing garbage bags. I went off dairy and within three days he completely stopped the spit ups. The fussiness stopped too. It was sooner than I expected.

How long did it take to see results in LO? Everything I've read online says it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. LOs reflux seems to be getting worse so I called to ask about upping her dosage (Zantac) or switching meds, and they suggested I try cutting out dairy first. They told me to give it a few days and then give them a call, but that doesn't seem long enough to see results. I gave it three days and I just called them back because she's still spitting up a lot and seems to be in quite a bit of pain. I'm waiting for them to call back and hope we can get in ASAP. Maybe this is the reason for her horrendous sleep, too.
