<description>&#60;p&#62;I always kept boiled eggs in the fridge.  Boring but filling!!!  I also mix boiled eggs with a can of low sodium albacore tuna and mustard ( I used organic regular mustard but there are recipes for paleo/whole 30).  It's actually pretty yum!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I did not but the elimination diet I had to do for LO was similar (except I could have grains but could not have nuts).  I filled up on alot of fats where I could, especially avocado and coconut.  I had coconut everything - ice cream, smoothies, butter, even coconut chips.  One of my favorites was baked sweet potato slathered in coconut butter.

Over the course of the rest of the day I had 1.5 avocados, a Larabar and my breakfast was cooked in coconut oil. It seems like a lot of fats to me but I don't really know. Lol

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't know what you're eating the rest of the day, but a couple scoops of coconut butter may definitely not be enough fat unless you're getting ample elsewhere. I eat a lot of protein now that i'm lifting again, and 12 meatballs seems pretty low to me. i would aim for more like 5 ounces or so of a lean meat and see what that does. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, your body may just be craving complex carbs. Personally, I am fuller when I get them in my diet, but I am one of those people who does well with whole grains and such.

<description>&#60;p&#62;What did you do to stay full? Tomorrow will mark 14 days of my second attempt at a Whole30. The first time I tried I got a nasty stomach bug 5 days in and couldn't hang while I was vomiting. I really don't want to give up this time but geez, I'm STARVING and it's not for lack of eating. For example, for dinner I had 12 chicken and pineapple meatballs, an entire bag of steam able broccoli, half a bag of steamed green beans, a banana, 2 spoons of coconut butter, a small sweet potato (size of my fist), and some raspberries. I average about 200 ounces of water a day so I know it couldn't possibly be thirst. Any suggestions?
