A little after that we gave him soft fruits and vegetables like bananas, avocado, baked sweet potatoes, steamed diced carrots. Tried at about 7 and it didn't work out so well. However she didn't have any solids til 6 months so maybe that's why? I don't know, she is totally taking her time with feeding related stuff in general.. It was half a banana with some of the peel cut away so he had a handle. After that I gave him puffs for practice before regularly giving him pieces of real food.
