I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms with my second. I wasn't worried at all...I was just grateful to be feeling well!

I hope you're able to feel at ease soon. Congrats!

@buttermilk: I love those affirmations!

I have moments when I worry about my lack of symptoms. I'm super tired, but that's about it. (Oh, and steadily increasing boob size!) But being tired is frequently a problem I have when I'm struggling with anxiety, and being pregnant again makes me anxious, so... yeah.

Honestly the thing that keeps me the calmest right now about m/c's is that I still have such a good feeling about this pregnancy. With my first I started feeling uneasy a few days before I started bleeding, and with my second I never had a good feeling about it (ended right at 5 weeks). With my last, I felt totally positive even when I was super worried, and even though it ended badly, it *was* a totally viable pregnancy. That doesn't do much for helping me with worrying about another hydrocephalus, but it does make me worry a lot less about miscarrying. I'm far more worried about my anatomy scan in a few months than about going to hear the heartbeat for the first time next week.

I know just saying "don't worry if you feel good about things" doesn't really work, but I feel like after so many pregnancies, my body has learned what it feels like and it is possible for me to be unconsciously aware if something is wrong. (I also "knew" I was pregnant well before a bfp the last two times, and again, I feel like it really is possible since by then I'd learned what pregnant feels like.) And worst case I can go check my boobs again, since they are most certainly getting huge.

Despite having OHSS the first few weeks of pregnancy, I never had any other issues, no morning sickness or anything. I agree with what @mrswin said. It was really difficult in those weeks of having spaced out ultrasounds, not having much of a bump and not feeling anything. Once I started feeling movement... it is just so freeing! Having daily reminders there is still a baby in there has been the biggest stress reliever for me. Hang in there, time dragged on for me up until 18ish weeks then its been going by quickly.

I had no nausea and basically zero symptoms. Even now at 28w, I forget that I'm pregnant all the time (until I try to bend over). Because I had IVF, I got a few more early scans than I would normally have had. I also had a borderline NT scan, so I also got anatomy scans at 16w and 20w and an echo also at 20w, so I was getting a lot of info. Without all that, I think I would've worried a little... But I knew that my mom also had very few symptoms, so I attributed it to that. I hope your LO continues to grow healthily and that you get to enjoy your pregnancy!

I had virtually no symptoms with ds and only utter exhaustion in the first trimester with the twins. My mom didn't have morning sickness either. Some people's bodies just seem to handle the extra hormones pretty well. Try not to worry!

@FliegepilzHut: I'm 10.5 weeks now and have had almost zero symptoms. Some cramping in weeks 4-8 and constipation now, but that's it! I've been so worried and was a hot mess at my ultrasound last Friday, convinced there would be no heart beat. But baby was fine! I've been much more positive since the ultrasound. I found these positive pregnancy affirmations and like to read them when I start to worry.

@FliegepilzHut: I had so few symptoms that at my 8-week appointment with the OB, I told him I was pretty convinced of the fact that there was nothing in there. Luckily there was, and he's now a two-month-old baby! I didn't have any of the classic symptoms (not tired at all-actually a little bit of insomnia, not much nausea, no throwing up, etc.). I only threw up a handful of times at the end of the first trimester into the beginning of the second, and had some breakouts. And yes, it did worry me, but as my OB pointed out-the only 'symptom' he really cared about is that I hadn't gotten my period! Fingers crossed you continue to have a healthy, mild, enjoyable pregnancy! :heart:

@blackbird: Yeah, I've never had overwhelming pregnancy symptoms...though this is my first time making it to this point. I think it's just that some women are SO miserable that makes the opposite case kind of bizarre. Oh well.

@LindsayInNY: Thanks! Especially after I've made it it past 12weeks, I'm just going to try and relax and enjoy this. I'm so glad to hear you're doing well! Will you be getting an anatomy scan in a few weeks? :grin: Exciting! :heart: :goodluck:

After a chemical and an IF journey, it worried me for sure. I'll be 17 weeks tomorrow and can count on one hand the number of times I've felt "off." No sickness, tiredness, nothing. Aside from my pants not buttoning, I really don't know if I would even know I was pregnant! Well, aside from the lack of AF issue. I try to remind myself not to worry unless and until I have a reason to. It helps a little. <3

(And I'm ecstatic to see you're 10 weeks!!)

@FliegepilzHut: Hi friend.... I think I have told you this before but I had very few symptoms and worried non-stop that there was something wrong. In all honesty weeks 12-20 were the toughest for me because I had no real bump, wasn't feeling any movement, the minor nausea I had from 7-10 weeks was gone.. it was a weird time for sure. Since I started feeling regular movement and have grown a bump I am starting to get more "into" the pregnancy.
