I feel asleep in the car on the way to the hotel! I do wish we would have stayed closer to the wedding location, though, and had a family brunch the next morning. I didn't really have the balls to stand up for what I wanted, so I didn't really like my wedding. By night time I was just overwhelmed and irritated and done. I regret that situation more than the lack of sex. I was a complete wreck of tiredness and aching feet after heels all day - hit me once we left the reception. DH basically crashed and was snoring loudly on the bed while I was putting my feet in the ice bucket (from the champagne he ordered to the room, which neither of us touched!) and almost crying. We still joke about how funny that whole scene was, we had an awesome wedding but it all fell apart at midnight once we left! I give him points for thinking we would come back and have some leisurely champagne and be romantic, though.</p> <p>We got married where I grew up, then flew back to NYC the next afternoon (for a day before heading on our mini-moon).
