She drags them out, covers the floor and then we put them back at night/when she's done. We have a shelf of books and a few harder activities that we play together in the living room, and cars and trucks usually migrate around the house throughout the day. I let my son keep his magnatiles and some foam blocks up there, he likes to play in there on occasion. It used to be just the living room, but since she could walk she's made every room hers.
