Then since I got pregnant I dreamt that we had a baby boy. First I had a dream that the tech told us it was a girl then said "just kidding! It's a boy!" And in another dream there was a little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes &amp; we named her Haley.. So weird because it seemed so real. But I knew all along it was a boy.</p> <p>With this pregnancy I had a dream that my friend did some kind of test on me and told me it was a girl, but then had a dream a couple weeks ago that we opened up a box and blue balloons came out. I do have a feeling it's another boy, but not as strongly as I felt that my son was a boy. In the dream, I was going into labor - DD1 was wiggling up a storm, I could see arms and feet pushing against my belly....but I desperately wanted Italian food and insisted on stopping at a favorite restaurant on the way to the hospital.
