Love mine. Car insurance is actually cheaper than my last car. I don't understand how a brand new SUV is cheaper to insure than a 8 year old sedan. (Well, at the time I was shocked. I understand now that it's all the safety features and resale value that makes it so cheap to insure.)</p> <p>It is good on gas mileage but there are other compact SUVs that have better MPG. I believe the new Ford Escape and the Mazda CX5 are comparable in size but have better MPGs. I do love Honda so I don't regret my choice. </p> <p>I did look at the Ford Edge, the Nissan Murano, Mazda CX-9 or CX-7 and the Lexus suv but they were all 6 cylinders so gas mileage definitely took a hit and most of them require premium gas.
